The amazing designers at Vintage is For Lovers and Darling D’s are your local DIY experts! If you see it on Pinterest, we can make it happen.  We offer a unique service in which we direct a DIY session with you and all of your friends/family to decorate for your wedding.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Create a Pinterest board of DIY projects you want to try.

  2. We will make a shopping list based on your DIY project list.

  3. We work with you to schedule a time/day that's convenient for you and your friends/family to have a DIY session in the classroom at your local craft store (i.e. Hobby Lobby in Danville, VA).

  4. We can either shop for you (and you reimburse us) or let you do the shopping.

  5. Finally, we direct the DIY Day with you and your friends with easy step-by-step instructions.

THE CLAUDETTE COLBERT | VINTAGE RENTALS & DESIGN CONSULTATION

For the couple who would like directions with their ideas and vision this consultation includes 4 hours in person in which we can discuss likes and dislikes.  Topics may range from atmosphere, colors themes, and more. We will create a inspiration board use as a guide. Once we have nailed down your vision we will make vendor recommendations which will pair well with your dream event. This package is $600.

THE VIVIAN LEIGH | PARTIAL DESIGN & STYLING

For the couple who knows exactly what they want but would like some direction to bring their vision to life.  We will together to determine your priorities and design a package including a color palette, inspiration board, and overall idea/feel of your big day.  This package includes two site visits and three styled vignettes (ex. Lounge group, guest sign in, dessert or bar station). We will also make vendor recommendations to ensure a beautiful soiree. Package begins at $1500.

THE GRACE KELLY | DESIGN, STYLING, PLANNING & COORDINATION, WITH RENTALS

For the couple who wants it all this package is for you.  You will work with a stylist and wedding planner from start to finish. This package includes planning/coordination, design/styling, cake, calligraphy, sweets, and rentals.  On the day of your event our team will be there by your side to to bring the vision to life from setup to breakdown. We will work alongside your photographer to be sure all the details are captured for a picture perfect wedding.  We are your personal concierges who will take care of everything from beginning to end. We will be available by phone, email, and in person when needed, including vendor meetings, site visits, and vignette styling. Package begins at $8000 depending on number of guests.

Included rentals:

  • Seating chart vignette with calligraphy

  • Arbor for ceremony

  • Chandelier for ceremony

  • Seating for guests (farmhouse tables and chairs)

  • Sweetheart table and Seating for the bride and groom
